Charity Quilts

This is the only quilting company we know of that exists to create quilts for those in need. By having Miles of Memories quilt your quilt, you are helping those in need. We utilize the profits from your quilt to sponsor various charities in many different ways. To date more than 500 quilts have been made for Hospice patients, 100 quilts have been given to the Salvation Army; originally for the victims of the Katrina Hurricane. Most recently, quilts were made for some of the four-legged victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. The work continues for those who need the quilts most.

We make quilts for animal crates and cages at various animal shelters.

We  quilt for those in their last days of life by donating hospice lap quilts with uplifting messages attached to them.

Lynn  volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House.  She helps create quilts used at “The House” as well as quilting the quilts that her fellow McQuilters make.

Lynn works with Children’s Hospital in supplying quilts to children and teenagers that have been involved in assault and abuse cases.

Please consider using our expertise in quilting your top to make a difference in the lives of others in need.
