Pricing for Machine Quilting:<\/p>\n

Pantographs (all over design)<\/b><\/p>\n

This means one design from edge to edge on your quilt. The pattern will cross over any borders or sashing. Think of it as an all-over texture on the quilt.<\/td>\n

For this price level we will do a separate design in one border, a design in the sashing and in each block we will repeat the same pattern.<\/td>\n

Miles of Memories prefers to use only Quilter’s Dream batting.<\/i><\/p>\n

Pricing<\/b><\/p>\n

Batting is priced by the linear yard used.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

– Quilter’s Dream 100% Wool\u00a0– gorgeous batting (highly recommended) $12\/yard
\n– Quilter’s Dream Blend (cotton\/polyester) $11.50\/yard
\n– Dream Green (made from recycled bottles) $11.50\/yard<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Backing\/Lining<\/span><\/p>\n

Your backing needs to be 3-4″ larger than your quilt top on all sides and must be squared and pressed. Do not use sheets as backing fabric.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Thread<\/p>\n

We stock a wonderful selection of solid color threads from which to choose. Solid color threads are at no additional charge, unless more than one color is used on the same quilt. We also have a variety of variegated threads at an additional cost. Price will vary for specialty or variegated thread. One thread color is included in the price.<\/p>\n

Thread changes $3 each.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u2022 Ironing:<\/b> $15.00<\/p>\n

\u2022 Piece and press backing:<\/b> $25\/hour<\/p>\n

\u2022 Binding: <\/b>$25 to make binding with your fabric or you may make your own binding and supply it with the quilt.<\/p>\n

To attach binding is an additional charge.<\/p>\n

Attaching Binding: $.12 to $.20 per linear inch. To attach it to front of quilt by machine.<\/p>\n

Attaching to back of quilt by hand is $25\/hour<\/p>\n

Serging all edges of quilt in preparation for binding, yet not attaching binding: $.015\/linear inch<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u2022 $50 minimum charge <\/b>(total service w\/ quilting, thread & batting)<\/p>\n
